The objective of Cerri Italia srl is:

  • the full achievement and increase of customer satisfaction and other stakeholders (employees, suppliers, external environment, customers, users, beneficiaries of the beneficial effects of the equipment produced, etc.);
  • ensure that the requirements of the customer and other interested parties, the applicable mandatory requirements, applicable regulatory requirements are regularly understood and met, environmental and workplace safety regulatory obligations in addition to those arising from the context in which it operates;
  • operate to protect the environment and safety at work by using as much as possible recyclable products with low environmental impact and low safety risk, with low environmental impact at the end of life and throughout their life cycle;
  • to promote the continuous improvement of the management system in order to increase qualitative performance, for the environment and for safety at work;
  • determine and address the risks and opportunities that may affect the compliance of products and services and the ability to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain a workplace safety and health management system to improve health and safety at work, eliminate hazards and minimize risks to OSH, seize opportunities for the safety and health of workers, take responsibility for non-conformities also in the field of health and safety at work, promote continuous improvement, meet legal requirements and other requirements, achieve the objectives set
  • Implement and maintain a management system for the safety and health of machines and equipment produced both in the medical field, both of electro – aesthetic, both cosmetic, to improve the health and safety of the customer ( whether it is the final beneficiary, user or direct customer of the enterprise, etc.), eliminating hazards and minimizing risks to the health and safety of the customer ( whether it is the final beneficiary, user or direct customer of the enterprise, etc.)seize the opportunities for the safety and health of the customer ( in the broadest sense of the term), take charge of non-conformities, take charge of the reports, take charge of the indications coming from post market surveillance, take charge of any scientific information from the national and international context in which the product will be used, promote continuous improvement, meet legal requirements and other requirements, achieve the objectives set

The Management undertakes to make available the appropriate resources for the creation of the Management System (SG) composed of the following systems:

  • Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with EN ISO 9001: 2015 ;
  • Quality Management System applied to medical and electromedical devices (SGQ) in compliance with EN ISO 13485 standards, regulations, Ministerial Decrees, technical regulations of the sector, European regulations

In particular, the company will practice and practice with systematic conviction:

  • the involvement of all employees in the continuous improvement of the products and services offered to the customer while respecting the external environment and occupational safety; the safety of the user and the safety of the beneficiary of the beneficial effects of the equipment produced;
  • the provision of training and information tools necessary or appropriate for the improvement of services, the environment and safety;
  • the assessment of the measure of satisfaction of the needs, requests and expectations of customers and other stakeholders; protection of soil, subsoil, surface and underground water bodies ;
  • ensuring that the choice of new technologies offers greater protection for the environment and for safety at work;
  • development of training, awareness and training activities for employees in the field of Quality, Environment and Safety in the workplace, medical devices.

In compliance with:

  • legislation, regulations, directives, whether addressed to the sector of belonging to both medical devices, both for environmental protection, both for safety, both in the field of machinery and cosmetics directive;
  • obligations imposed by authorizations or permits issued by the authorities in charge of safety, environment, and quality in the cosmetic and aesthetic medical field;
  • any other commitment signed by the Management of Cerri Italia srl;
  • cooperation with neighbors, authorities, customers, suppliers and workers to promote a culture that promotes user safety and the safety of the beneficiary of the beneficial effects of the equipment produced, protection of the environment and safety at work.

The Manual interprets and operationally translates the Corporate Policy of Cerri Italia srl    

The implementation of the Policy is delegated to the Directorate (DIR) and its Collaborators, they must demonstrate leadership and commitment to the management system:

  • taking responsibility for the effectiveness of the quality management system for safety and environment;
  • ensuring that policy and objectives are established for quality, safety at work, objectives for the quality of products classified medical devices, objectives for quality for cosmetic products, objectives for the quality of equipment and equipment intended for the aesthetics and well-being of the person, quality and environmental objectives related to the management system for quality, safety at work and the environment  and that they are compatible with the context of the organization and the strategic guidelines;
  • ensuring the integration of management system requirements for quality, workplace safety and environmental management into business processes;
  • promoting the use of process approach and risk-based thinking;
  • ensuring the availability of the resources necessary for the management system for quality, safety at work and environmental management;
  • communicating the importance of effective quality and environmental management and compliance with the requirements of the management system for quality, safety at work and the environment;
  • ensuring that the management system for quality, safety at work and for the environment achieves the expected results and outcomes;
  • actively participating, guiding and supporting people to contribute to the effectiveness of the management system for quality, safety at work and the environment;
  • ensuring and promoting improvement;
  • providing support to other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership, as it applies to their respective areas of responsibility;
  • ensuring full responsibility and overall accountability for the prevention of work-related injuries and diseases, as well as the provision of safe and healthy workplaces and activities
  • ensuring that the necessary responses are available to establish, implement , maintain and improve the management system and safety for workers and stakeholders ;
  • guiding and supporting people to contribute to the effectiveness of the management system;
  • developing, guiding and promoting an organization culture that supports the expected results of the management system;
  • protecting workers from retaliation following incident reports, hazards and risks opportunities;
  • ensuring that the organization establishes and implements a process or processes for consultation
  • support the education and operation of health and safety teams

The objectives of the Management are:

  • establishment of an Integrated Quality Management System, Safety at Work and Environment compliant with international standards and national, regional and municipal legislation, with the primary objective of constantly improving quality, the environmental performance, the life cycle of the services and products offered, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of the service offered to the customer and interested parties;
  • continuously improve its environmental performance and impact on the community as economically and technically possible;
  • continuously improve its performance on safety and compliance and the impact on the community as economically and technically possible;
  • obtaining and subsequent maintenance of compliance with ISO EN 9001:2015 and compliance with ISO 13485 to regulations, Ministerial Decrees, technical industry regulations, European regulations;
  • commitment to implement, maintain and control the Company Policy in compliance with voluntary rules;
  • a commitment to periodically review the SG to ensure the adequacy, effectiveness and correct application of the SG system over time;
  • a commitment to prioritize prevention actions in order to avoid problems arising, but without prejudice to the possibility of taking action and remedying in the event of incidents or non-compliance;
  • a commitment to collect and maintain documents relating to quality, safety and the environment to demonstrate that quality, safety and the environment have been achieved;
  • commitment to spread and sensitize all operators on the Policy of Cerri Italia srl;
  • commitment to define annually the objectives to be achieved in the short, medium and long term.
  • Commitment to providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and diseases
  • Eliminating sources of danger and reducing risks to health and safety at work
  • Consult and involve workers and their representatives

To ensure awareness of the company policy at all levels and by all employees, the Company Management has implemented the following initiatives:

  • exposure to all personnel of a copy of the statement of the Policy, publication on website, exposure in the corporate premises;
  • implementation of training courses by external consultants and internal training by the Representatives of Quality Management Systems and the Post Market Surveillance Team.
